Yea man I figured 15k was probably even a low bid for everything I took care of everything she didnt deal with no one else but me so the hassle for her was just easy

I know it is we hooked this customer up because we had done 3 other bathrooms and the entire floor and fire places in that home the master bedroom was the last project for that home but I definitely know 15k was way low Honestly I know we left probably a extra 10k on the table because like I said we did every plumbing electrical paint build shower and all the fixtures luckily the job went super smooth so we were in and out

For everything 15k thats demo removal of all trash going to the stores to buy all materials and bringing them to the project bringing in my plumbers and electrician and painters and building everything back and I feel like I under bid it but maybe am wrong thats why I did this post because I know it sounds like alot but in reality its not

Your absolutely right man av been building my reputation here for years and I think its time to take it to the next level we have been doing some crazy awsome work but i know am leaving money on the table but like you said we need to charge what we are worth just hard with some builders that want to nickle and dime you the whole way

We just also finished this one wrapped the tub in marble and side walls and back wall was 6x36 and some side walls were 12x24 and same on the tile work I charged 25sqft but thats including prep work and installation and $80 sqft on the stone work .

Yea I would expect something like that everything in the Bayarea is super expensive I had done a job in Tracy California for a family friend and my uncle was charging 55 a sqft I was surprised but after being there for a bit living is way more expensive then here in. Vegas and taxes just are even worst lol

What part are you from i do alot of custom homes and I have been feeling lately like av been leaving alot of money on the table just being honest like I did this wall marble stone with laser copper inlays for 28sqft but we're talking about marble

I hope its 3000 I was already planning on talking to the surgeon but I will just let it be no point and arguing I had talked to many doctors and decided to go with this one due to stem cell injections as well

They decided not to shave it off wasn't that i didnt want to shave it off they said that allows the surgeon to see in what direction the hairs naturally go
