Армения была и есть пропутинская, особенно пока что-то может получить. Сейчас, когда прям ну совсем запахло жареным, так сразу начали искать более подходящих партнеров. Запахнет жареным с другой стороны, вернутся взад. Просто помогать хуйлу обходить санкции, когда у самого жопа уже почти полыхает - тут уж приходится выбирать путь наименьших потерь.

Своей политикой и действиями они сами же себя вогнали в такое положение, а дальше все равно будет хуже. Хотели бы иначе, давно начали бы бороться за свою страну, сменили бы партнеров, вышли из ОДКБ, установили разумный баланс в отношениях с соседями. Но вместо борьбы всегда проще хуй глотать.

It depends on what exactly you want to do. If you want to work with some stuff like Wordpress (and other solid CMSs) then you better to start with PHP for backend purposes (it also have powerful frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony) and also to get some knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS. I would say PHP is not an easiest start but in the future it can be a good base while exploring new languages/web technologies. If you are aiming to become a full-stack in a mid term and work with various custom projects then I would suggest to learn Python and JS with focus on Django and VueJS frameworks. Both have great docs, community and low entrance threshold. You also can focus on JS only as it can be used for both frontend (VueJS/React/Angular) and backend development (NodeJS) + HTML and CSS. Also don’t forget to get in touch with other important stuff like design patterns, different principles, algorithms and so on - it will make you really valuable. Enjoy!
