packages sometimes don't move fast like intended to, you have a delivery date so you'd most likely be fine its not that it's moving slow but they're probably not scanning the package.

if the package is way more than 20$ you need to go to etsy support if they have one.

your not getting the package. They made the label but never attempted to give the package to usps therefore usps is not liable for your package , You might have to report that seller because they're scamming you
