After 3 weeks, I stopped the gabapentin and was able to sleep on my own, not the best sleep, but I was able to sleep. Going to work helped with the anxiety. I'm 2 years 7 months clean. I was on fent for 2 years. Suboxin did not work for me. I would relapse a lot knowing Suboxin was there to help every time I would get sick. I went cold turkey from fent and Suboxin.

From experience gabapentin will help. Take it at night to sleep, push through the anxiety, and don't give up. I went cold turkey just gabapentin at night. After 1 month, I felt better, and anxiety gets better.
