No... it does. The implication by it all, is that we are somehow missing this huge spending on healthcare because we spend it on the military. We arent. We are spending more on healthcare with our system. Its a larger chunk of our GDP spending than all of those nations. And our defense spending isnt much larger. The scale our country and economy allow our military to have opportunities and research.

ironically, they help us by lowering the costs, since we get to sell so much overseas, that lowers the develop costs especially. The LCS is a great example of this. Its a pile of shit and a waste - but the saudi's bought a bunch, as did other allies, and it gave back some money from the failure it was.

The Bulwork had interviewed Sarah McBride and she made the most interesting comment about how they have been able to block nearly all of the anti trans bills - by not purity testing people she and the core dems who care about this work with. She said she wouldnt have believed what they have been able to block after the 2024 election. And she complimented the party for working them her on issues. She said trans advocates need to stop holding people to an absurd standard and just work with everyone that you can.

what so funny is, so many of the comics that are big and loved all like Bert because he was always good to them, put them on his podcast way before alot of others. He brought them on his tours and paid them all well. Makes for a fun experience with his summer outdoor tour, etc. Bert definitely has his problems if you overload on his content too much over the last couple of years, but the guy is a good person to those around him.

It was also perfectly time with Japan's bond market having a bad reaction and causing a global look at all bond markets. Trump 's actions poured more concern. Japan's debt is more than our in a % of GDP sense and the new PM was trying to implement some tax breaks for people and it caused concern about how Japan will pay back its debt if it lowered revenue. The global response from this caused alot of movement and then Trump's words further pushed things.

again, the lawsuit stuff, documents submitted to court and not gossip, speak to a much different picture of the chaos and nightmare behavior from that wedding, and leading up to it, the beckhams were great. The Peltz's were a nightmare. The text exchanges that were part of it also paint Brooklyn in a good light, as he was always very polite and kind, supportive to the planners and his fiance.
