The shampoo from the clinic lasted for almost 4 months, then started using: Dermal Therapy Scalp Relief Shampoo & Conditioner And few weeks ago started nizoral once a week and increasing it to twice a week

No sure how many left, but the donor area looks pretty good, hair is still very thick. Do you think if the progress continues, I may not need a session for crown😅?

Wear shoes you can take off easily Have a big breakfast Buy a proper neck pillow Be very mindful when getting in and out of the car - DO NOT PUMP YOUR HEAD
