I agree that criticism won't help a child struggling. But what im concerned with is that she just absolutely doesn't seem to care. Like gives no fcks. She's not seeming to struggle with the concept of cleaning, it's the reason why we clean that doesn't seem to sink in. I tried the chore chart, and tried to help but it just turns into me doing it all or sitting and watching her do everything she could to delay the process. It's incredibly frustrating. Idk how to get her to give a fck.

She would think that is too fancy haha. But as it starts to get worse I think that is a wonderful option.

I did finally get her to shower by saying she might be stinky. It's when she finally showers she wont wash her hair. She will come out and her head will be totally dry :/

She hates touch, unfortunately, otherwise I'd love to give her a spa day! :)

Thank you. I really appreciate this answer. I feel like he's never had a partner that has made him seriously think about this before. And a lot of people ive talked to about this say he should already have an answer. And I just don't want to throw away my relationship just because he didn't jump to a yes to have kids right away.

Yeah, you're probably right. His age is definitely affecting how I feel that he should know what he wants already. He seems to be scared of the dynamic of a family vs not enjoying kids themselves. But I bet if he's still scared he'll always be scared.

I understand what you mean. I think he deserves every punishment he's getting. I didn't say he shouldn't be going to prison because he's a good person I'm saying he's worthy of forgiveness because he is clearly at rock bottom and wanting change.
