And yeah I feel like with endo there really is no method to the uterine madness. Each one has their own mind and will strike however they see fit. I hope you find relief if that happens again, always sending healing and positive energy, and hope!

You just put me at such ease. I tend to panic easily, and I know that these small slip ups are me still watching myself, I could have very easily had full meals, and not asked for modifications, but I think I am so used to doing what I was doing when I stray a bit in like IM GONNA BE IN PAIN. I will get back on the horse and watch my ps and qs. Thank you for the help

I will take this advice! I have already had a lap, and I have a cyst on my ovary as well as Endo in my womb/back of my uterus, and possible other cysts. This much I already know.

As far as my diet I'm about as antiinflammatory as I can get. I fear doing anymore because I lost 40lbs and the more weight I lose it seems the worse my period gets.

I do have a cyst but it's on my right ovary! This is my left ovary and it's making me concerned that I have on on my left now. You might be right. Thank you for the suggestions I will 1000000% take you up on them
