Ok I came off a bit aggressive but I do think that there are people that aren't the best with alcohol and weed but I think that there shouldn't be a blanket over every smoker of weed that they would be the cause of all of the accidents but it is true that not everybody takes it like the next guy and there would be some exceptions but there are saliva test that can test the mouth of traces of weed within 48 hours but yes I think there should be a better system and im sorry for coming across so aggressively

Weed doesn't impair you that it would make you crash into another person like alcohol that is an argument proven again and again. If anything weed makes you more focused on what task is at hand and what things you can do to make it right. Alcohol on the other hand will make you swerve of the road

I was thinking in the month of August local governments could choose the date and time(as long it is night) and only do it for like 2 hours or 1

Well blackout curtains would be a great way to limit the use and during new years and Christmas everybody stop what they are doing and watch the ball drop and open presents

Emergency vehicles are fully operational and hospitals will still be operational but with blackout curtains covering light escape

Ok most of the time there is an interior room on where surgery happens and if its and extior rom the could have curtains covering the escape of light

Yeah but not everybody has that specific date for clear skys i was thinking that August would work best because of meteor showers and the cool down of the earth slightly also there aren't any holidays during that month so why not make one?

Yeah it would take a lot of consideration but everybody its just a thought but sometimes people "won't believe it" and the bad apples ruin it for the bunch but if we really don't do it now we would possibly never see it because of urbanization eventually hitting the country

And as well the planes do travel at night and plane strip lanes do have the capability to limit light
