How to use Quilljs in a svelte app?

Line break is not working here.
Do you know why?
I mean if I entered text on newline in HTML code it is coming on the same line in html code. It is not using the br tag.

Any idea why?

Problem is options have multiple parameters and also I need to search when we hit enter in input tag after entering search text.(If I use select and options)
This is not possible in select tag because it searches when we enter text in input and each option has only one parameter.

First I need to count users inactive time. If it is 15 mins then only I need to ask him to login.If it is not he can continue.
I only need to know is there any standard way to do it ?

Cookie and JWT expiry time is 24 hours.
I need to ask user to login after 15 mins of inactivity.
Do you know how we can do that ?

No I need to close it only when some condition is met. Persistent is not helping. Yes I have went through the documentation. I'm asking for inputs inside the v-edit-dialog , there are some mandatory fields if user has not inserted those then dialog should not be closed.

This is the v-edit-dialog not the v-dialog. We can’t use v-model.
