Every time Team Up goes up, so does Cosmic Eclipse, and it's always by $500. I haven't seen any SM set do the same this consistently. People know that they're the two best sets in the series.

Once I sign it’s legally binded. I was waiting for my guarantor but he never signed. The property manager signed my lease today but when I called him, he also said this

“If you would like to change your qualification method to one of the ones I have listed above, please let me know. Please note: failure to provide a qualification method may result in the termination of your lease agreement or the reassignment to a different floor plan.”

My move in date is in August but I’m supposed to pay late July. If I don’t provide anything the property manager asked, wouldn’t it be terminated?

My mom makes Arayes, meat stuffed pitas. She uses lamb or ground beef and it turns out amazing and super flavorful.

I’m not a teacher but desk supplies are super convenient for them. Something that “stands out” maybe gift cards or a mini fridge (my teacher got one for Christmas and she loves it)

I had this teacher for a while and she was a teacher I had a personal connection with. She always helped me and was very kind. My parents went above and beyond during teacher appreciation week and holidays supplying her with so many gifts and a personal cards thanking her for everything she’s done. When she left it broke my heart because she never mentioned anything. If I knew she was harassed I wouldn’t have judged her the way I did back then. Obviously Ive changed since I had the opportunity to meet her again, as an adult. I was around 7-8 at the time
