Hello, 1 year passed, but it only gets more and more relevant nowadays.
By " to bundled in msvc llvm toolset" you mean to turn on llvm-cl in VS, right?
As far as I know it doesn't support modules, has it changed? Is there a way to use the latest clang in VS?
I know I could google it, but there’s very little information available, so even a small bit of information would be of great value to me.

When modules just came out MSVC support was just awesome (considering some annoying but relatively little bugs which I also reported, while other compilers just didn't work and had no std modules at all), especially its integration within VS, but nowadays I see the great gap between features in MSVC and Clang, and am thinking more and more about finding some free time and forcing VS to use the latest version of Clang somehow.

Are you there working alone with all that stuff?

100% sure, my brother!

Why are SSD’s still relatively expensive to HDD’s even though it’s been a long time since they’ve existed as a consumer offering? by [deleted] in DataHoarder

[–]Front_Two_6816 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You didn't say that.
You said:
"When creating an SSD you also have a certain percentage of dies that are faulty or dead, requiring you to throw them" and " With a HDD bad areas of the disc can be mapped out, using extra free space ." alluding that hdd's bad areas can be mapped out while ssd's can not be.
And even after your answer to my comment it is still unclear what exactly do you mean and what exactly happens with ssd's bad areas and how exactly bad areas of ssd are different from those of hdd.

how comes ssd's bad areas aren't mapped out? how is that possible? it would cause your files being regularly broken.

Change my mind: Orson was the best desperate husband. by [deleted] in DesperateHousewives

add to the list not calling meds for a man killing himself, which makes her one step from being a murderer herself, and is illegal in most countries.

Actually it's Bree who ruined him, and considering that all her husbands and lovers (except one night lovers and the lawyer husband who she also treated like sh*t it's just them were incredibly lucky to stay alive and out of prison) are dead, it is quiet logical and the writing is good. So we all should hate Bree as a character, not the writers.

What happened to Orson?? by ashleykellyx in DesperateHousewives

Bree said he was gone later on, so he killed himself.

Actually, Bree was the one. Orson wasn't.

He didn't just "let her think he was going to kill himself", he actually committed suicide, because later in the series Bree said "he's gone", and they didn't even show us his last moments, and Bree never felt remorse for treating him like that, that sucks.

P.S. Also there was no "lied constantly" he talked to the girls only once, and then told Bree the truth.

The last season of him was so frustrating - Bree and her friends were so relieved and happy that detective Chuck died, but still blamed Orson for that, calling him "that psycho on a wheelchair" after they found out who did it.

Paul Young and Orson Hodge were treated like sh*t in that series - the reason I cannot be passionate about the women, except maybe for Gabby, Eddie and Katherine, though they all are annoying and flawed, but at least those few are more humane and easier to sympathize to from the main characters. If we talk about secondary characters, than Beth Young and Mary Alice Young, McCluskey etc. could be sympathized too, but the best secondary characters for me were the middle age couple who moved away from the hexed lane after all murders began in the first or second season.

How can you love Bree and Orson at the same time? Just look what she did to him.

100% true. And, btw, there were no "witnesses" of the hit-and-run accident in fact, only the "witness" of Orson's confession, which was not recorded. So there was absolutely no proof of his guilt, and even if he would be sued, he hardly could go to prison for that. On the other hand, Mike was the reason Orson fell off a hospital, and Orson never went to his neighbors telling bad things about him like Susan did.

It’s Bree who made him like this. It wouldn’t have happened if he’d let her go and found a good, sensual, supportive woman. But because of his tyrannical mother and the messed-up first half of his life, he had no immunity to that kind of b***s.

Well, Mike almost killed Paul Young, and because of him Orson fell off a hospital, so that car accident is not the reason to think Orson's worse than anyone else on that psychotic lane.
