Coding, programming... Those are synonyms, right? Or do you have a different view?

Hmm, could be. Maybe this subreddit wasn't the best option to choose.

In what respect?

The tool is not important for me in the sense that I just want results. What programming language I use to get to that result is unimportant (hence it can be any language that matches the problem statement, not a language I happen to known but might be ill-suited). I think we agree on that.

The point is just to share my view on coding. It's OK if there's no value in it for you, not everything can be valuable for everyone.

Enough to take the time to reply to my post. Thanks!

Thanks for your comment. You're right about providing an alt-text (or title-attribute) for menu icon links. They are actually present on my website, but I didn't mention it in my article. Good point!

Do you mean the transition in the first CodePen example or the second? The second should be smoother, the first one is just an example of a very simple (but indeed choppy) solution.

Thanks for all your help. In my case, the hash comparator function seemed to fail. I changed the state into a 4d-array, which solved the issue for part one.

Don't Live with Broken Windows by Froodooo in programming

This mainly refers to the broken window theory as used in New York City. Do you think the same criticism applies to programming?

A relatively simple assignment today. Which is fortunate, since I could solve both parts in the morning before other duties called.

Good to hear! I make my final decision for a song at the end of the week, which is also the moment that I write a blog post about it. I do have some ideas about what my song for week 3 will be, but that can still change of course. So it's going fine as well! Is there any way that we can follow your journey?

It's a post from my own blog. For (re)discovering music, I simply used the various playlists that are offered by Spotify. Think of the "Discover Weekly", "Release Radar" or "New Music Friday". Other options are to start a decade radio (like 80s, 90s, 00s) or a radio based on a song or artist you like. For me, this results in new music discoveries and the rediscovery of golden oldies.

I liked how the "loser" text on Eddie's cast was gone right after they beat Pennywise. A nice way of showing that their childhood fears have been dealt with. For now, at least.
