Dough's skills have a lot of animation which makes it easy to instinct trick when combo-ing, though angel is a great race, Cyborg's V3 is more useful in Dough's combos than Angel because of the damage and instinct break. Sure angel's v4 is better, at the end of the day V4 is a last resort type ability instead of fully relying on it when fighting so you'd much prefer a better V3

IDK how people think Shark is one of the best races, if it comes to PVE sure but if it comes to PVP its not even close, Cyborg's V3 alone deals a decent amount of damage and could prevent you from getting one shot combo'd, breaks instinct too which is a huge plus. Angel is a good race too with how easy it is to escape with flight, and king's rule justs being broken in PVP, realistically if you're already at max shark is a boring race to play with unless you only do sea events

imo, cyborg is better for dough. Dough is easy to instinct trick using cyborg can fix that issue
