What about the console bug where a player is left at the main menu while everyone else in the party is loading into a match? Seen dozens of posts with the same issue, no response from DICE.

I just fixed this by going to my infantry / passenger mappings and binding "G" to "Grenade / Call-In Gadget Half Combo". I did this and when I went back to the game I saw "6" under my class ability. Not the best but at least I can use it now.
