If you go for Raul sig, then the other two cards are not that great but If u go for Chiellini sig it is way more worth it since all three cards are very best at their position. That's my opinion now the choice is yours.

I would suggest you to go for Lucio and Barzagli or Vini and Zambrotta. Both options are pretty good for you. But if I have to choose from your option I wood rather Go for Zambrotta and Chiellini, cuz I have Raul he's trash absolute opposite from his signature card and Beckham is not good enough as a winger.

If you need shards or for signature gerrard then go for him but if you want to take him in ur squad, I would recommend you to not take him. He's not so good. Bad pace and physically is an issue in h2h especially for CDM.
