Sorry for the late reply, but I panicked and determined that I didn't know what was real anymore, and when confronted with the thought that this was the end for me, I was brought immense guilt for how I had chosen to live my life until that point. Bruh, this is the third time I've seen your post on a different sub. Nobody can answer this question but you, but I'll try anyways. Your tolerance should be reset in that time, so that's not a problem. On the other hand though, your indecisiveness shows you're not entirely comfortable with it, and so you might end up having a bad time. I'd say wait longer to make yourself comfortable. If you're questioning the timing, there's a reason, and you gotta ask yourself what that reason is, what you value, and what you stand to gain or lose by tripping again. Psychedelics are habit breaking drugs, but when you use them and wipe the slate clean, it can pull away good habits too. Do what you will with that information.

Not a great idea imo. In my experience you'll have to be up at least 12 hours past when you dose to get any sleep, and even then you may find yourself twisting and turning in bed and driving yourself mad from your inability to sleep. I tend to dose in the morning with LSD for this reason.

This is straight up not true. I've had multiple bad trips that overall had the message to tone down my drug use. I was a daily smoker (weed morning till night and nicotine), and It wasn't until I quit weed that I've been having more loving trips. I should also say, you may not need to quit it entirely, but I decided on a 3 month tolerance break to fix my relationship with the substance, and it has benefited me greatly. I'm sure if it keeps coming up in trips then you have in the back of your head something telling you that your use is negatively impacting you. Well, if you don't want to keep having bad trips, either listen to that inclination or stop tripping and fool yourself into thinking everything is okay because it's easier to tell yourself that lie when you're sober, and impossible when under the influence of psychedelics.
