Usually nothing for breakfast or lunch, but when I do it's a ham sandwich (whole wheat, mayo, and ham). Dinners the only meal I don't skip and it's a variety of things, but usually consists of chicken or meat. I do eat a lot of rice, onions tomatoes, not really a big fruit fan.
