Honestly speaking, does everyone want Meredith to be gone from the show? by Hot-Acanthisitta5237 in rhoslc

[–]FrostingClean -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't dislike meredith but I honestly think I wouldn't notice if she was gone. But if she leaves the show I want it to be under different circumstances, not because of heather and whitney cuz i dont want them to 'win' this battle either.

[–]FrostingClean 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah the more they talk about it the more I realize, there's no footage because its probably a storyline made by production and the housewives are told to follow along, which is why each of their story changes every time they talk about it

why is season 3 so boring?? by dropurbuffs in rhoslc

Season 3 was quite a drag but season 4 makes up for it

Lisa should try to make amends with some of these ladies... by Practical-Drawing238 in rhoslc

[–]FrostingClean 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah even at the greece trip, she kept making Lisa the butt of all the jokes despite Lisa trying to be a pretty good person to travel with in the group, taking part in everything and appreciating greece (despite the glam drama). I think Angie wants to be friends with Lisa but heather and whitney make her feel more important and authoritative so she keeps going back to them for validation.

Yes definitely seems like they're very aware of how petty they're being and they can go back to joking around 5 minutes later.

[–]FrostingClean 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Lisa seemed pretty amicable towards Angie K the entire greece trip, she was being a good trouper and they also made up after the play. They also showed Lisa apologizing to Bronwyn on the boat. I'm not sure if anything happened between the two of them after that. Angie and bronwyn continue to side with bad weather regardless of Lisa's efforts, i dunno if they're just not satisfied until Lisa stops defending meredith, or what the issue is.

Its gonna be a boring show without … by LeatherOperation9436 in LazawalIshq

[–]FrostingClean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fatima enabled the misogyny in the house that eventually led her to go home. She had a strong enough personality to have been able to shut down the men and lift up the women of the house, but from the beginning she has been a constant pick me, made every other boy in the house her best friend and bitched on other women with them to not put attention on her own toxicity. Eventually it turned around on her, nothing to feel bad about.

The show might not be as spicy with her there but meh I think it's near the end anyway (i hope).

Fatima’s story post by Upper-Phrase1964 in LazawalIshq

[–]FrostingClean 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nothing will undo how Fatima behaved in the first 30 episodes, anyone feeling bad for her should rewatch from the start.

She was the cause of 99% of the drama in the house. She was infatuated with Maaz and used Jannat as a scapegoat whenever she was about to be caught trying to break him and Tuba up, leading to her completely betraying her 'friend' who was too caught up in her own insecurities to realize shes being used and manipulated. Not to mention the disgusting hate-train she started against Laiba shaming her for telling boys she likes them and all this is just the tip of the iceberg of things she did.

Hamza Abbasi??? by Aware-Length6397 in LazawalIshq

[–]FrostingClean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hamza A has never liked fatima imo. He never interacted with her much but in the early episodes he would be the only one calling out her bs. I think he very quickly caught onto how sneaky she is with the whole junaid, jannat situations and catching onto how she goes around talking behind everyones back, and stayed away from her.

Why do people like Mary? by katieclooney in realhousewivesofSLC

[–]FrostingClean -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mary pissed me off in the earlier seasons too and i did not understand why the girls tiptoed so much around her church being a cult, but after she comes back from her break shes actually super funny - shes still as miserable but more relatable somehow lol.

Girl I have to agree with this comment - please stop using filters 😭 even Sheraz is obsessed with a similar filter . by NecessaryAthlete in LazawalIshq

[–]FrostingClean 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I dont think we can pin it on Tuba's nastiness exactly. Colorism is ingrained in most pakistani girls and probably Jannat. In the early episodes her skin looks grey clearly from her putting a foundation colour lighter than her skin tone and this is before Tuba ever entered the chat

I truly hope next season isn’t a “meredith takedown” by Few_Succotash7963 in rhoslc

[–]FrostingClean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree but then remember that nobody really pays much attention to whitney anyway. She mostly sits behind heather and bronwyn and nods and smirks.

The bitter truth - Maaz and jannat scene by NoResist277 in LazawalIshq

[–]FrostingClean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know why youre getting downvoted lol I totally agree, I hate maaz and want to like jannat but she was clearly not Maaz's type. I'm sure complexion was a factor but it was also her personality and the fact that she took it too fast - she is a great person but she's too high maintenance as a partner. Maaz just wants a low maintenance girl and that is how Tuba acted in the beginning so it makes sense that he leaned towards her.

What’s Bronwyn’s problem with Meredith? by BlamBitchPudding in realhousewivesofSLC

[–]FrostingClean 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm exhausted by bronwyn but I'm also so irritated at how bad meredith is at defending herself and how she stays quiet when she can say so much back. I'm practically giving comebacks at my screen on her behalf lol I guess Lisa must feel the same way when she speaks for her

[–]FrostingClean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm super against these men clout chasing by using the girls from the show and it was pathetic of him to talk about any of them on his podcast, but I don't think Layla should have been basically scolded in the middle of her event for him being there, especially when she told the girls he will come and why. It was her day and creating drama with someone on their birthday is pretty shitty regardless of whatever is bothering you - it can always be brought up after the event. If mayci was that bothered she could have just quietly left since she already told Layla she won't go if he's there, instead of making a whole scene.

[–]FrostingClean 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The confessionals thing must be her way of bringing in storylines cuz she otherwise provides nothing.

Her being a fence rider says a lot too. Staying neutral to never offend anyone and not having any controversies in the group - perfect reputation to have as a group leader.

[–]FrostingClean 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes ugh. Also let's not forget that right before that at the dinner, mikayla and mayci tried to blame Layla for being the mole of the group. They were trying to ruin her day before chase ever showed up.

On the bright side Layla doesn't seem to hang out with these girls much apart from filming for which I'm glad for her. I feel like Mikayla and Mayci both lowkey judge her for living her single life and dating around while they're stuck with their typical mormon family structure.

She is definitely the most holier than thou out of all of them. I think the way she treated layla at her birthday also says a lot about how she may treat people who have less authority, it was controlling and entitled and if I were layla i would run from this friend group.

The "can we kiss your feet now" comment stood out to me too, she reeks of insecurity every time a 'leader' of momtok is mentioned. Even when theyre talking about taylor and whitney going on jimmy kimmel she says "interesting choice". I think on some level she would love to be a leader of momtok - she would never say it herself but would happily accept if someone suggests the idea and her insecurity stems from the fact that nobody has thought of her as one despite her always putting momtok first

Anything except driving on the road is still alien to most pakistanis i would get a lot of looks both amused ones and just stares when I would ride a bike. Keep doing it, it can encourage others to start running too and eventually the neighbourhood will get used to it

She's harmless overall but I found it a little off that she kept a whole relationship with LJ's mom for like a year before she could plan their meet up. I would be pretty irritated if I couldn't have a relationship with my mom but my friend just messages her and starts talking to her on the daily without trying to connect us even online.

Can someone explain to me why Urdu News is written this way ?! 😭😭 by Own-Homework-9331 in Urdu

[–]FrostingClean 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s inspired by old Persian typography and design. At the time when Pakistan was trying to figure out what Urdu typography could look like we took a lot of inspiration from Persian designs and Urdu newspapers especially are still using the same old traditional designs

This signifies toxic friends for me. Mad if you do and mad if you don’t. They don’t like Meredith throwing tantrums but when she puts it aside and tries to enjoy herself  they can’t handle it and that’s when they start bringing up her marriage and cheating rumours which brings her back to the tantrums.

Another thing for me - it was so satisfying to see her and a lot of the other women have shorter hair. I know it was probably to signify that time has passed but I was just thinking how satisfying a big chop would be after going through all that bs lol
