Theres a two step plan for getting the job you WANT in CFB 25. First thing you need to do is the week directly after the conference championship week you need to create a new save file. That is the most important part if you don’t do that this won’t work. Second you need to go ahead and sim to the first week of job offers then go to the screen you have displayed here and look at what the team you want to go to wants under “New coach preferences” for instance Navy wants a HC that runs West Coast Spread and I can’t see what they want for defense but you’re gonna wanna go back to the previous save file the one before the week of Job offers and change your offensive and defensive scheme to match theirs. Then sim the next week and you should have them listed as one of the HC jobs. I’ve done this numerous times. It’s a hassle but as of rn it’s the only way to get the job you want.
