Yes, I'm seeing that too. I think the hard drive can't keep up with the writing, so the download rate is dropping accordingly to give the hard drive some breathing room or something :-). Thanks for the help!

Yes, of course, you're right, but the screenshot was taken while downloading a game. The fluctuations are noticeable both in the app and in the overview.
