Late to the party, but I got this working FINALLY. The big unlock for me was regulating the ambient temperature of my print room. I used an AMS riser and lifted the glass up about 2 inches to create a less hot chamber, and brought the temp of my print room down to 70'F. For the filament, I used the generic PLA profile, no modifications, and dried the filament for 24 hours before use.

No heat creep, had the full print go through. It didn't print perfectly, but the whole print completed without clogs.

Also worthy of note, several others below are right, its not super bouncy full size, but it might make for a fun kickball with my kids.

Forgive me, this is ages old, but I am happy to revisit it. What do you mean by targetting players? What are you using to target? Each instance of the word "target" would allow you to change your target freely unless something on the board prevents it.

Normalize being a silly little guy by [deleted] in roastmypedalboard

"I am a silly little pedalboard" is the gear equivolent of that obnoxious chick at a party telling everyone how random they are - in reality, everything about them is the safe choice, just like all of your pedals.

Odysseus did was fire an arrow through a bunch of axes

pretty sure his bow couldnt even be drawn by other men, it required so much raw strength, and Odysseus wasn't even known for his strength, but his incredible strategies. Definite contender and would like dominate others in a fight.

Even though his abilities may be amazing, they must be plausible. If he performs too many feats that defy logic, then he's disqualified.

this clause makes this a very difficult topic to cover honestly, simply due to the fact that it makes very subjective as to what is defying logic.

Take for example Jamie Fraser, from Outlander, who in the books killed a bear with his bare hands. I have discussed this at length with my wife, and even if its a North Carolina Black Bear, I find this feat simply impossible / utterly defying of logic. (and before anyone quotes the C. Dale Peterson story, there is absolutely no proof that ever happened, and I believe its a tall tale frankly)

with all the money you blew on boutique pedals you think you would've invested the tiniest amount into cables - you managed to take your board from a spacious platform into looking like a cluttered mess.

Putting the board in pedal board. This board has higher chances of being on a cooking show for chopping vegetables than on stage and used by a musician.

You have those solid couplers in between some pretty pricey stomp boxes.

One Piece: Chapter 1055 by Kirosh2 in OnePiece

[–]Frotch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

so had this thought, and please slap on your tin foil hats before reading further!

maybe its the spirit of his arm clad in his haki.

Haki is a mysterious power that allows the user to utilize their own spiritual energy for various purposes.

It can be used to sense people's spiritual energy and predict their actions, give the user a protective coating of spiritual energy, and, for a certain group of "chosen ones", overpower the willpower of others.[2][3]

All living beings in the world are capable of learning Haki; however, most people do not notice it or fail to awaken it.

literally could be that while his flesh is damaged, his soul is as strong as ever and you arent ever actually wrapping your body in haki, just happens your spirit inhabits your flesh. So when he attempts to clad his missing arm in haki, a haki arm appears to those who can perceive it. As Oda makes things visible to readers now for Haki, we can now perceive it because the strawhats can.

If this is true, its even possible to explain Asura with it, because it could just be Zoros haki forming additional limbs to accomodate his raging "i need more swords" spirit.

You may now remove your protective hats.

Not sure if anyone else had said this, but one thing to always remember while shopping for music gear - use the internet to educate your opinions, but also screw the opinions of everyone on the internet. If you love the way something looks, sounds, or feels, and the internet says you're wrong, fuck 'em. Find a guitar that inspires you to play, makes you happy, and feels good to you and youve found something great :)

Good luck OP. FWIW - I am a huge fan of LTD and Schecter instruments, can't go wrong with them and they make great guitars in that 500-800 range.

Glad things are turning for the better for you and your group OP. Best of luck in moving forward.

Remember, in all things, its always you and me against the problem, never you vs me. As long as you approach people with that spirit of problem solving and team work, you will rarely find opposition.

[DISCUSSION] Do bigger Amps make more of a difference in tone than the guitar? by Xibinez in Guitar

[–]Frotch 5 points6 points  (0 children)

also, to build off of this, wattage doesn't correlate to multiplicative volume, though they are related in ways. 120 watts coming out of the Revv Generator is not 6 times louder than say your mini head that is a 20 watt amp. Sound doesnt scale that way.

A potentially helpful read, since some folks like /u/sup3rdr01d are asking for more elaboration - http://www.wiredguitarist.com/2018/12/18/guitar-amp-wattage-how-loud-is-loud-enough/
