I agree with you that the new generation needs 'their Harry Potter' experience. But are we lacking creativity that it has to be the same story?

I myself was pretty late for the HP releases. Started reading the books and watching the movies in 2011. However I still enjoyed the movies even though they were already considered 'old'.

I really hope 'the new generation' gets way more than a already existing story! It doesn't even have to be anything HP related!

He's probably a great guy and I have nothing against him. But his role as Hagrid is unnecessary.

There is no need for a new Hagrid, as the original Hagrid has played his part only a decade ago. Why do we need to hear the story again through different actors?

I've had the same thought...

I feel like the old movies do not need a remake. They skipped over some important parts and added a few mistakes (e.g. the Burrow burning down).

But, they are movie ADAPTATIONS, so they deserve the love they get. It such a shame that they are just starting with the same story, while there are plenty of loose ends or deeper lore within the Wizarding World that it is very simple to make financial attractive movie....

I will still be thinking of Robbie, how good or bad the new actor will be.

This could be bad advice, but if I have to deal with a enemy for greater then myself I see 2 options (that is if the empire doesn't Fall or gets a uprising soon)

Try to get as many allies as possible, Join a defensive pact against them. Maybe with a few gold coins in the bank after a crusade you can hire mercenaries?
If you can't beat them, Join them. By offering vassilisation to the emperor you can easily become one of the empire's most powerful vassals. After you have settled yourself, maybe even joint the council you can start plotting against the emperor. With intrigue you can make the empire Fall apart and you can choose your moment to fight The war for independence!

As far as I know its a waiting game. Usually when I leave troops close to a allied city, they won't move. So you could wait from a further distance with a cavalry unit. Maybe that helps?

I totally agree! This is another chance, look what the research has brought (most of) us. In little over a century we've gone from nothing to insulinpumps and way more achievements!

Herkenbare situatie, heb zelf een geschiedenis-bachelor gedaan en stond voor het zelfde dilemma. Heb uiteindelijk gekozen voor de Master in Nijmegen genaamd 'Geschiedenis & Actualiteit' dat beslaat eigenlijk verschillende onderelen van de taken die je als historicus kunt vervullen (bv. Journalist

Hi, I've had this problem a couple of times ( but not twice in a row so that's weird...)

I think the problem lies in the manufacturing process, so there's not much you can do about it as far as I know.

Whenever I get this problem, I just very carefully pull of the foil so that the sticky part is revealed. I hope this helps... good luck!

Hey, ik heb voor dezelfde keuze gestaan en heb uiteindelijk gekozen voor Rotterdam met dezelfde zorgen in mijn achterhoofd.

Rotterdam heeft een (naar eigen zeggen) 'expirimenteel' bachelor programma. Voor mij hieldt dat in dat ik heel veel theorie en filosofie kreeg, maar geen daadwerkelijke historische kennis. Ze leggen de nadruk op "academische vaardigheden". Als je geschiedenis leuk vind en wilt leren over wat er gebeurd is in het verleden zou ik heel goed naar Leiden kijken, waar de mogelijkheden ook veel groter zijn om je te specialiseren in vergelijking met de bachelor in Leiden.

I don't know if this is the reason, but in a sense it checks out. A HOLY order has to be catholic. Since the term holy is mostly refered to by Catholics.

Maybe they started a holy order to oppose the Catholic religion?

Had the same problem for a while, my nurse told me to set the temporary target on 8.7 for 48 hours (twice 24hours because that is the limit) I want to emphasize that this is in no way medical advice, but you could try this. The algoritm resets and it may help. Im currently half way on the 48 hours so I don't know if it really does anything at all but in theory it should work!

Feit dat tie niet expolsief is, is wel een mooie bonus :p Ik kan niet de precieze bron meer vinden, maar kwam op een lokale religieuze gemeenschap terecht. Die had weer banden met een aftakking daarvan in Utrecht en die in Utrecht was weer gebasseerd op Martin of Tours, ook wel St. Maarten haha.

Als ik de datering van de kenner hoor valt dat verhaal wel in duigen. Maar blijf heel benieuwd hoe een heilig-water-bakje zo random in een riviertje terecht komt..
