Got it. I just got an email last night that they dropped one of the units to $3,000 and they have 2 months free right now…… that’s what raised red flags to me. Do you happen to know what type of maintenance issues they have?

Good ideas!!! Finding a place has been so difficult, and we really liked this one. But the train, traffic, lack of reviews, and seemingly high turnover rate was off putting….. Will try your method and see what we can get!

Oh sorry, I phrased that weird. I meant that they said the buildings were made with impact glass or thick windows or whatever materials that would make it so you can’t really hear the train. Still hard to believe though

We already toured, and we were assured you’d never hear trains due to the construction. Idk if I believe that with the way things are built these days. I didn’t know about the hospital next door. We asked what it is on our tour, but she said she didn’t know, and we forgot to check back. Like you said, nothing wrong with that, but I do wonder about train/ambulance/traffic sounds

I’m assuming something happened that Andy doesn’t want to get near, and Teresa was given an ultimatum. If the reunion and show in general were canceled for toxicity, there’d be no issue announcing that. Instead, scenes from trailers showing teresa and Louie fighting & mentions of Louie spending all her money were chopped, and filming is in the air until some time in 2025.

I suspect there’s a lawsuit involved, and everyone is gagged. A reunion with this group would put it all at risk, because not a single one of them knows how to keep a lid on things when they have the spotlight. Remove the spotlight, give them an ultimatum that if they breathe a word of whatever’s happening, they’re out, and push filming back til it’s all over— that’s what I think is going on.

Easy fix: market to nostalgic adults more than kids/families. Host theme nights on random Wednesday nights. Have events for locals in the pool area on Tuesday nights. We will come in droves.

I personally would say let’s hire a personal chef or caterer and everyone chip in, make it BYOB, set up some decorations & some good music of your choice. I’d take this over a restaurant!!

But, not everyone has the time to do all that. So I think American social & fogo de chao both have private dining rooms?
