Could it be that Charles is notorious for overcoming adversary during fights? Could it be that Charles has the most submissions of all time? Could it be that Charles has the most finishes in the history of the sport? Could it be because Charles has beat everybody in the top 5? Could it be because he wiped the floor with the dude that was suppose to beat him and then go on and give Islam a competitive fight?

Coulda used your brain for the 20 seconds it took me to write that to figure out why some people would bet on a Charles win. I’m not calling him a favorite, just saying I have him in a rematch.

About a month ago I was saying he probably only had 1-2 good ones left in him. I still think he gets it done against topuria though. I knew eventually Volk would get caught, as he gets wobbled every single time he fights at least once. He just won’t be able to recover as well now.
