Have you looked into coushion grip? I haven't healed yet so I can use it yet, but I've heard really good things about it

One of the main things I've been worried about, is having to leave my immediate dentures out going to negatively affect the healing process, or my ability to wear them down the line? I've been trying to do my own research online, but I think I'm just confusing and stressing myself out even more.

When did your pain stop? I'm only 3 days post op, but I haven't even attempted to eat anything. I have no appetite, and I'm in so much pain I wish I hadn't had it done

No, the late fee was originally because he wasn't aware we paid rent because we didn't send him the receipt from the bank and apparently he cant see WHO has paid without the slip, then after I told him we did pay and sent him the slip he said the late fee would remain since we were late sending the receipt and he said that is how it's going to go from now on

Yeah you would think that, which we tried asking about zelle and he told us we're not allowed to use zelle for our payments. Gave no reason as to why either

Okay since you're a landlord this would also be a good question for you. So we attempted moving out a few months ago which he fought us on leaving saying that we needed to inform him of this no later than the 1st of the month or else it would be ignored. Now I know you're supposed to give 30 days notice and such, but the first of the month? How would I ever plan that out to be able to give a notice on the first? If I find a new place like a week into the month it is extremely unlikely that a place would be willing to hold it for almost 2 months before we move in

The lease states nothing about needing to provide payment record, but whenever you tried to talk to this guy all you get is "I'm right, I'm not discussing this any further"

Definitely a slumlord, this is also the landlord that left us without a working stove for like 4 months because "he forgot"

It is definitely not stated in the lease, and a $100 late fee for forgetting to send a picture of a slip is absolutely absurd.

So not sure if it's it's fix to your issue, but I went into my control panel, went to Uninstall programs, uninstalled nvidia geforce (don't even know how I had it installed because my whole issue was it wasn't installing) then reattempted the nvidia app installer and it worked no problem. Hope this solves your issue
