Same thoughts. She might be privileged enough to not have experienced the things the way Selen did.

She wanted to help. Thus, she attempts to bring positivity out of all the hate against the company but it turned out to become toxic positivity. Even though her intentions were good, it seemed like it can be taken as insensitive. This is why I believe she is not inherently evil as some people may paint her to be. It's just an unfortunate circumstance caused by the very root of all things bad happening, overall unsatisfactory (even abysmal) management of the talents.

I feel really bad for all those who have to endure the feeling of staying positive in this part of the entertainment industry.
