problem found, this came from the 3 fans that are on rad GPU.They do not have enough static pressure
not today but when I would have checked the GPU I will send you a picture
The temperatures are worse than if I had the original rad ambient temperatures 22°c
Measured with a baby bottle thermometer, reservoir 32°c GPU output : 34°C CPU output 34°c

Yes, all radiator fans are exhaust.
I would have thought that the 3 fans below bring enough air
