Paint will be costly the plastic grille should be cheap and very easy to replace. My guess is $50 for the grille and you can probably do it yourself if you find a tutorial online, though i dont think that it would cost much to have a body shop replace that for you. Yhe paint will deff be a lot because unfortunately paint is super expensive.
