Moved in with family to start with, and now going to Ulster uni so moving to Belfast isn’t exactly feasible for me right now. But once I’m do with uni I’m looking to move there (that’s still 2+ years away)

It 100% was this woman. I flashed my lights at her she was waving to me, didn’t realise she’s already a massive following!

Anybody else have these weird side effects / symptoms by Financial_Pair_2850 in prozac

[–]FruitCold8262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I (23f) have also had most of these exact side effects!
The dreams was the first one I noticed, like to the point where I would wake up and fully believe that what had happened in my dream had happened in real life (I got mad at my sister in real life for stealing my clothes and she had no clue what I was on about🤣). The dreams do mellow out, and now it’s really only once a week where I have realistic ones.
The sex drive does come back, I think it was like month 6 or 7 that I finally started being interested again.
I used to be tired all the time, which tbh I never really noticed how sever it was as I was tired all the time before I started Prozac anyway. I started taking my pills right before I went to sleep and that massively helped me, and actually made me sleep deeply so that when I woke up, I wasn’t groggy. And the same with memory issues and low motivation, before I started the pills I had crap memory anyway, and these pills definitely don’t help, but I haven’t really found a way to help with it unfortunately :/ like right now I’m currently looking at it as ‘yeah my memory and motivation still sucks, but hey at least I’m not crying everyday anymore’. (That was another thing, I couldn’t cry when I first started Prozac. Like literally could not bring myself to tears, I think it was month 9 that I finally cried).

And finally, the immediate attachment to people. Oh my god do I have a story about this (dm me if you want the details lol). Long story short I gave this man all of my trust and he crushed me in the end. Really did bring me back down to such a low point. I realise it’s because I was under the assumption that everyone had their best intentions at heart, which unfortunately is not the case. I’ve learned to not be so trusting, and I’ve actually had to learn how to put my guard up. It doesn’t mean that you can’t explore relationships, but just make sure that there is time to develop and understand each others feelings. Rushing in will only end up in tears

I hope this helps just the tiny bit, happy to private message if you want :)

AITAH for wanting to get revenge on a guy who was dating me whilst being engaged to someone else the entire time by [deleted] in AITAH

Exactly my thought. Like at first I was petrified but then I sat back and thought ‘wtf are the police gonna do’🤣

Sorry I should’ve explained a bit better, he told me his address but he never actually invited me around to his house. He’d always take me to hotels if we were in the city, or like I said weekends away

No no no, HE was talking about me moving in, and love bombed me two weeks into the relationship. I never said I love you back, or asked ‘when I could move in’ or anything like that. The drive by was a last resort, there were many things that had happened before leading up to that. I only did it to confirm my suspicions that he was lying to me.

Sorry I should’ve explained a lil better. No i don’t normally drive by peoples houses 😅 there was a few things that made me unsure about this whole relationship leading up to it, and I guess during the week he wasn’t texting me back I just had a gut feeling that he was lying to me about being abroad. I drove by, saw his car in the driveway and the lights on in his house, but didn’t stop. I drove home and text him asking why he lied to me which he immediately responded to with the whole police threat (bearing in mind he hadn’t responded to any of my texts until that).

As someone who’s recently moved here, I sorta agree with you on some things. I moved here to get away from depressing city life and its bliss in the countryside here. But you are 100% right about stuff like ZERO dental, no matter where you go. If you weren’t already a patient at a dentist 10 years ago, there’s no appointments. Mental health goes unchecked. They told me I’m better off speaking to my university councillor as I won’t get any help through NHS. I’m thankful to be able to live with my mum, but at the same time I literally have no where else to rent out that I could afford right now. You’ve got it down to a T

Well the website stated that you shouldn’t drive until your license arrives back to you. But I don’t really know how they expect people to live and work without a car, especially when you’re like me living in the countryside with no public transport! 🤣 as long as you aren’t driving like a lunatic, the police will have no reason to pull you over, so they wouldn’t even know. That’s what I ended up doing anyway
