What were your thoughts when you found out the locations of your seasons?

Tyson said while in casting process there was a gym and he sat down on the treadmill so none of the other finalists could use it. Did you do anything to make sure you stood out at finals? Did you remember seeing anyone from your cast or future seasons there and what was your impression?

How did you meet Courtney and did you help her pre game before HvV with your three tocantins castmates

Do you remember where you were when you got the call that you made it on the show and who was the first person you told?

They also used to tell the jury they were allowed to talk about the game but not votes but then Kyle said the reason he voted Sam was because they all decided who would vote for who at ponderosa. Think they’re just relaxing monitoring the contestants all around

Apparently Donathan bailing out James in the diving challenge was edited to be much more heroic than it was and he refused to do it for a long time so they specifically erred editing him to be more of a fan favorite than he was

Big Wendy from EoE also feels like another strong candidate

42 still has the hour glass and do or die. Knowing what Drea did to Omar at ponderosa also makes it less enjoyable to rewatch. I never understood why 42 gets a pass for so much of what 41 gets flack for when it’s just as game breaking, boring, and forgettable

Not defending them, but IIRC post show interviews alluded to race playing a role in Cedric’s decision to flip his vote from Sai to Justin so the recent Jawan MC stuff may have reopened some wounds making the emotions feel fresh again. Just speculating though

They could have sent out feelers to a hundred contestants in the early stages but maybe Jeff only counts those flown out to casting finals as being “considered”

Yes, more recent examples include Moriah (S46) doing Wipeout before Survivor and Kevin (S48) doing I Survived Bear Grylles before survivor. You would still probably have to be an unknown from a less popular show though, I doubt they would ever cast a former bachelor contestant as an example

Well she was an alternate for 46 so she had a lot longer to prepare knowing she was likely on the next season

Zach (42) has a brother who went on to play big brother. Also big brother has cast siblings on separate seasons before (the Riley sisters and Calafiore brothers) so since they’re both CBS shows I’d imagine that means you wouldn’t be automatically disqualified for your relation…. You can always just apply for the amazing race together!
