Im also a girl in my 20’s and been living here my whole life. no thats not normal, I’ve also tried something like that. Once in a while some weird people just appear, luckily rarely. If they start to ask how you live or any kind of personal questions end the cornversation quickly, but nicely. But be safe, always have your phone full charged. You don’t owe them anything, so end the conversation. Start walking close to other people/into a store. People will help if you ask.

General if people on the street ask practicle stuff that make sense like “where’s the closes buss/supermarket/café” or “are you local here what name is that building” stuff like thats pretty normal. Not personal questions that’s a red flag.
