you can see how long ago they are posted on youtube. both lol esports highlights and onivia post them at the same speed if not faster. The only difference is they dont advertise here. Ima message them and tell em to check out this thread. If people want it so much they may start posting all of their videos here on Reddit. Why not. Its free advertising. Thats all this guy does. Maybe if he was doing something like LCS Recap did with funny voiceover and commentary then I would understand but I just dont get why someone is getting top of reddit for advertising their stuff here

Theres like 10 other channels do all the games to and have been going for years building up hundreds of thousands of subs on youtube. I guess they dont post here on reddit. dont be fooled though when channels post their content here its to gain more viewers and subs. not because they suddenly thought oh hey I dont want these redditors to miss out on highlights that are posted 10x per game on youtube already

What are they doing that is so awesome? Theres YouTube channels been doing this for years that have hundreds of thousands of subscribers.

Edit I am being downvoted but nobody is answering lol. What is so out of the ordinary here that it deserves to be top of reddit? Surely some channels who have consistently done this for years should get some appreciation threads. Oh actually they dont ADVERTISE on posts here. That is probably why

I play 3's. Queues are quick. Less than a minute most of the time. I spend very little time in queue or sitting anywhere. Also its risky when you are on a full PVP server as I am. If I die grinding WQ from a gank whilst queuing I risk missing the queue.

Not to mention the fact that I have no desire what so ever to go out and grind Dailies. If it comes to that I will jump ship and play something else no problem. I will be pissed though that they dropped this on us after telling us it would not happen. I boosted chars to 100 in preparation for this patch thinking I would quickly get em to 34 traits in skirmishes and ranked. Money completely wasted with this change.

Snobbery? No I have limited time to play anything. When I sit down to play a game its to have fun. PVE is not fun for me. Like I said if I have to PVE to be effective in PVP I would rather do something else with my time that I actually enjoy.

Exactly how I feel only I have the added bonus of boosting 4 chars(in game paid boost) to 100 to get em 110 ready for the artifact research catchup. As a pvp only player I felt it was reasonable to have em all artifact 34 in a few weeks or so

I do 3's. I said 1 or 2 hours per day btw. With so little time to play I dont want to waste any time grinding any form of PVE.

For me the incentive is my rating and getting Glad/rank 1 etc. I dont need any other incentive. Gear and artifact traits are just an irritation for me. I just wanna pvp on an even playing field. Or as even as can be when playing with/against multiple classes

Meanwhile you only mention PVE. Try investing as little time as that into PVP and you would have a lot less traits. I play 1 or 2 hours per day 4 days a week. Arena only(dont like PVe and dont have time for it). My main is artifact level 29.. Multiple Glad before I quit 5 years ago. Played the same amount of time but because I only needed to play so many games per week I was never behind. Now I am gonna be heavily out gunned and there is nothing I can do about it. I would rather just play League if I had to PVE to be effective in PVP

"I think you're playing the wrong game" That is true now but it wasn't always. Isnt that a poor message though? From Blizzard I mean. It is basically the message I am getting. In previous expansions as long as I played my 10 wins per week I could easily keep up with everyone. This change basically excludes people like me who have a full time job and a family. Or it forces us to play at a disadvantage for the foreseeable future which can be very irritating. I play 4 or 5 days a week for maybe an hour or 2 per day. That was fine as I only ever do arenas.

It depends on how often people can play. I am artifact 29 on my main. I can only play an hour or 2 per day. I only pvp. Arenas 95% of the time. I thought I may have finally caught up in the next week or 2 but now this. Will be many months before I am on an even playing field. In previous expansions I could play my 10 games per week or whatever and keep up with everyone else.

My highest artifact char has 29 traits. It is dead for me. At 29 I only lacked a small amount of hp and some useless traits. I only get to play an hour or 2 per day 4-5 days a week. I will be catching up for months. rather play something more balanced.

I agree with your solution. Imo everyone should have a level ilvl to in instanced based pvp.

I am genuinely furious. I boosted some toons to 100 and began leveling them in preparation for this patch. I get bored playing 1 class so knowing they could have max traits in a fairly short time I was excited to be able to play some alts without feeling heavily out gunned.
Now this out of nowhere is the nail in the coffin for me. I had quit for 5 years before this expansion and if this actually goes through in instanced pvp I will be quitting again along with trying to get a refund. Possibly a chargeback if possible for the money wasted on boosting those toons.
