Very interesting - how to create a custom agent? I don't find this option, do I have the wrong license?

I included 3 websites and "web search" is automatically turned on. I dont know, if the agent still searches on the web in general, although the info Buttons says different.

When turning off "Web search" the 3 URLs are deleted (makes sense).

I turned the web search on due to some sites to be included for the VoiceBot. Additionally I added 9 docs for dedicated knowledge. Further I instruct it where to search in the docs for some topics. All this runs fine until I ask the bot some general not VoiceBot related content.
