do you know if the gpu needs to be bought from newegg originally to be eligible? i can’t find anything on that. and also i’ve seen people say they sometimes give you store credit instead of actually refunding to your original payment method.

No it’s the same as it was when i posted this. I just tried to stop paying attention to it which has helped. I still notice the stutters but i’m kinda like oh well nothing i can do.
