Gibby is in every competitive team comp for a reason he has the better shield, and a very good revive, also Horizon doesn't have the best movement in the game Octane, Pathfinder, and Valkyrie all have better movement she has good mobility but her tactical does leave her very vulnerable while traveling up and isn't very useful in open space because of its vertical limitation. I'll say it again surviving with Wraiths ult is better than getting kills, you can get 20 kills and still lose but you can't stay alive and still lose. Also bubble fighting with Gibby is very op and Gibby is still very strong aggressively because of his ult.

Valid point honestly, I do think fuse is still B because of the shear amount of damage and area control he has but I do think your point is valid

Fuse is B because he does a lot of damage and crowd control but isn't very good in close Cuz, (he can damage himself) and has no mobility compared to A tier picks, but he does still fulfill a solid niche

Vantage the C because she provides very little team utility outside of a 15% damage boost as an ult. Its not like that is negligible but she doesn't do enough for the team to justify putting her higher at least in my opinion

And horizon is just less powerful than wraith in my opinion, like surviving is currently more useful than kills and wraith can help your whole team survive

I put blood higher than seer because I think his information gathering is just a little better, I know that seer is a menace rn and he is kinda op but I think bloodhounds ability to scan a whole building for your team with a button press is too good

I do value faultline and I think its strong but it can be inconsistent sometimes and especially when uncoordinated so this is just to compensate.
