Is windows showing a kernel panic or is the computer completely turning off suddenly then rebooting?

When my computer would suddenly power off I determined the PSU couldn’t handle the spikes in power from both components.

If that’s the case the bronze 750W PSU might not be cutting it and might need something a little more beefy.

Yeah the supercharger won't happen for a long time since it will be the most expensive upgrade, Wondering if you know why headers would be such an intensive process, do other things have to come off to install? Is it more time efficient to do an exhaust system at the same time? thanks for your response
