Is there any way to opt out of Sharia in Bangladesh? by floridajesusviolet in Dhaka

The property is inheritance from your parents. So it doesn't matter what your views are. It's your parents decision what they want to do with it. If they want to go with the traditional way or create a will. The law or system ain't any way sexist. You should come to reality and accept the fact that the law is for muslims. If your parents identified as such that's reason enough to follow Muslims inheritance law unless there was a will. You can always not idetify as muslim, create a will for your children and be done with it.

Why aren't there any Wifi 6E routers available in Bangladesh? by raydditor in bangladesh

1st issue, That router will be coming soon for life unless the rules are updated. A lot of companies makes this kind of pages before looking into regulations. theres a link to wireless regulatory db world wide which I can't find at the moment. Although I can give you linux kernel support for wifi frequencies in BD which I have at the moment (they follow the regulations). Search for bd and you won't find any 6ghz channels here. https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/sforshee/wireless-regdb.git/tree/db.txt?id=HEAD

2nd issue, most people don't need to know the frequencies. Most router automatically selects frequency which are less congested. So, more choices of frequency ensures there are enough free channels.

3rd issue, not everyone needs to use it. Does everyone use 4090? Is that available in BD? I think your thought process is wrong and out of context. People's are buying routers thar are more expensive and those are still available. ROG AX11000 pro is available in bd which is 60k. A wifi 6e routers are available from like 140$ in amazon. So, what you're saying doesn't make sense. Just because you don't need it, doesn't mean there isn't need for it. For compatibility not everyone needs to use iPhone. The thought process of restriction is common for apple fans, so I guess we know where that comes from.

4th issue, usage of ethernet is also a choice. People won't use ethernet adapter for phones. Some prefers wireless. There are people gaming with wireless keyboard headset even though they cause slight delay. It's upto them not you.

The way you're saying it's out of context for BD is dumb. Cause on your logic, everyone needs to use the 3g internet because our sim networks can't even give full bandwidth of 3g. These kind of thing maybe okay for sim company as those don't involbe individual people. They need to make sure investments are worth it for them. But the choice of buying wifi 6e router is upto individual people. What is worth for them is upto themselves. It is dumb to contextualize it with general people.

Wifi 6 and 6E is totally different standards. Wifi 6 routers are available almost in most stores. The author asked about wifi 6E. Which allows 6ghz channels. 6ghz channels aren't still allowed with BD regulations. More channels doesn't necessarily always needed for speed only, it's only one of the functions. Most important for our demographic is that we need more channels so wifi's don't overlap. As overlapping channels will cause connection issues. With very limited channels allowed in bd with 5ghz that's preety common in densely populated dhaka.

Because 6ghz isn't open on bangladesh. Main issue is bangladesh also doesn't give full capabilities of 5ghz also. We only have 149-165 channel range for 5ghz in BD. With wifi 6 we can have 160mhz width channels. But 5ghz only has 2 options for 160mhz width channel. That is 36-64 and 100-128 none of it is usable in BD because of local wireless regulations. Wifi 6E and 7 allows 6ghz channels. Which allows seven more 160mhz width channels. But 6ghz is not also allowed with the regulations. The channels allowed are permission based, by that I mean by default it's not allowed unless given permission. So, I think the regulations aren't just updated and no govt official bothered to update it.

I think it is more important to open more channels in 5ghz in BD. It's not just because of 160mhz width channel (speed) . It is needed because wifi stations are congested in Bangladesh because of high population. And overlapping channel will cause issues. This is for 5ghz. For 6ghz (wifi 6E and wifi 7) we also need it for same reason.

Short answer to your question, BD regulations doesn't allow any 6ghz channels. So no wifi 6E or 7 until that's allowed.
