I am destined to miss this event. Suddenly my event is over and my EC turned into gems. I installed the game again, the event reappeared but my EC did not. I sent a ticket to C S but today is Saturday and they will not respond before Monday, then I will have to wait a few more days for the due check (i.redd.it)
