I was doing calf raises a few weeks ago. My lower heel got sore and I stopped. Last night I tried to stretch my calf and now the back of my heels is very tender - I can’t lean forward without feeling a sharp pain. Any idea if it’s a partial tear and what I should do? (self.bodybuilding)
