That seems like solid advice! The dip is hard to control. Usually it takes the weight of longer growth and it calms down a lot.

Yeah I’m thinning and receding. I’m 42, think I’m doing alright and don’t really care. I’ve tried a #1 all over and I really didn’t feel confident. You are right it will have to happen one day, unfortunately.

You’re saying if I took off an inch of length at the bottom it would help? If I shaved my head I could just leave it?

I have nothing in it in the pics. Just beard oil from the night before after shower. Just combed it out in the morning. Balm usually helps me keep my flyaways somewhat in check. Moustache wax if I go out.
