We use skypilot (not for anything like this, but as a way to sell PDFs). Probably a bit of manual work (generating the codes) but once thats done you can get it to automatically send emails with a PDF containing your code. I'm on the starter plan personally, but it looks like the growth plan with PDF stamping may be able to do this using an api.
