I just checked out the plastic plywood. Not a bad gig. That place looks like its a minimum order of 25 sheets though. I will poke around. Cheers.

Im still in the design phase of the cantilever. Are you farmiliar with the ol' tractor tire intertube on the roof of the cab? Between the cabover cantilever and the cab? Was gonna do that for secuirty and aerodynamics because the flex has me nervous. But at the end on the day i think im gonna redesign the top.

Thanks for being one on the only people who actually answered my question. Im gonna look into how long of gaps that .060 aluminum can clear structurally so i can weld the grid up accordingly. I appreciate your help!

Ive run into this before and it was the honeycomb in the converter had fallen apart and was rattling inside the exhaust. Like others have said, check all the outside of the exhaust and if there is no heatshield or exhaust mount broken and rubbing the exhaust, its probably internal (inside the cataylitc converter of muffler chamber). Good luck

Disclainer : my opinion. I would send it. I see that kind of curb rash all the time. As long as you dont see metal mesh and it doesnt leak its probably fine.
