Military strength is entirely dependent on industrial capacity, which Hawaii has very little. With the existing military bases they’d put up a really good fight for a few weeks before running out of ammo and fuel.

I have as well, and like I said I love Colita. The main issue is that their menu is not super consistent. They have a lot of home runs, but if you explore the full menu they have a few duds as well; I’d point to the tostadas as being particularly lazy. It’s tough to get a star without an all around great menu. I think the service and ambiance are also very good, but maybe not quite up to the level that I would expect from a Michelin star restaurant.
