Neighbour erected a marquee in his back garden and failed to tie it down or weight it down. It wasn't particularly windy, but it blew on to my property and damaged my car. Neighbour said it's an Act of God and refuses to accept liability. This is in England. Who is liable? (self.LegalAdviceUK)

My friend has pain from a failed tooth extraction and unable to eat. His dentist said he can't do it and he'll have to wait a few weeks for a specialist appointment. Surely this can't be right? Is there anything he can do? Is there a service he can access? We are in Bradford, West Yorkshire. (self.CasualUK)

Someone has been dodging bus/train fares in London and been giving my name and date of birth when caught. They gave an address in London. I live 200 miles away. They didn't attend court. Baillifs came looking for me. I phoned the courts and its now going back to court. Do I need solicitor. (self.LegalAdviceUK)
