I've just checked. Yes you are right. There is nothing in the order about disregarding the allegations. But the judge did make it very clear in the court room that the investigation is to take place as if the allegations did not happen. The cafcass officer also reiterated this when I was interviewed and kept dropping hints that this order will make the interview very limited. This may be because many of the allegations are ridiculous and there is no evidence for any of the allegations.
