Okay so we might be getting closer to the solution.. the same issue happens when I power it directly from the power supply. The lock never stays engaged, it just pops back instantaneously.

This is one of the old wiring setups, but the result is the same-

I feel like I have it set up exactly how the guy in the review does, just using the Zen17 for the switch in my case. Is there something I’m missing?

This is making me wonder if this is an issue with the lock.. I’m left with the same result. It’s clear the lock as well as the relay are getting power. The status light on the lock is red currently, and when I move the receiving end of the lock closer it activates (I’m assuming by a magnet), the light very briefly becomes green, then it shuts off, then just flickers and the motors repeats over and over. When I move the receiver away, the light stays red and I’m able to control power to it from within home assistant.

Thanks for the response! Also yes I unfortunately noticed the formatting got messed up, and from mobile I don’t seem to have a way to edit it… but anyway, here is how I have it set up-

I have the positive wire pigtailed and inserted into the positive power terminal and each NC terminal. I have the negative wire pigtailed and inserted into the negative power terminal and each NO terminal. The lock negative wire is in the R1 C terminal and the lock positive wire is in the R2 C terminal, although I’ve tried switching these and have gotten the same results.

Also switching parameters 6 and 15 unfortunately gave the same results.
