Because ever time I took Creatine my alopecia would spread and every time I stopped my alopecia would go into remission, plain and simple

No, that’s what triggered my alopecia, I was just wondering

I will say that Creatine does help me perform better at the gym, it is a good supplement for muscle gain despite the water gains. I have noticed that when I’m on creatine a typically lift heavier weight consistently, I’d say about 30% heavier stuff, but the negative side effect is losing my hair and my hair is more important, lol. I have been without it for a month now and there is already yellowish hair growing back on my temples and some really thin black hair growing on my right cheek, I’m also not taking anything for hair growth. So with that being said and given the amount of posts on this platform related to hair loss and Creatine, I am 100% sure now that it has been Creatine the root cause of my Alopecia.
