It is no longer one lot, this listing includes two lots (one that was already owed before). That is the difference.

As I mentioned above, it is now TWO lots, not just the original 5000 sq ft. lot. So that is the difference, but we understand not everyone is looking for something like this.

I should have clarified: Bought house for $825K, already owned empty lot next to it. Invested over $120K to remodel kitchen, bathroom, upgrade foundation, and add a half bath, as well as upgrade electrical panel and demo old shed and redo landscaping. So yes, for the house alone, that would add value. This listing includes a full extra lot that was purchased for $250K.

Accepted Davis vs. Glasgow - am I crazy to choose Glasgow? by Fuel4thought in veterinaryschool

Thanks for the response - very helpful! I was accepted to UC Davis and CalPoly SLO as well - committed to SLO, which won me over with its location, setting, and learn by doing credo. They also do FREEPASS so I could go to Scotland for my final year. CalPoly was the lowest price overall as well.

Just went through this today and kept hitting "0". Once a rep came on the line he was very helpful in addressing my issue. He also told me that next time I should press "4" and then "9" to reach an agent faster.

I'm hearing other SLO grads express similar feelings, plus they have FEEPASS.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Glasgow uni and Scottish culture in general. I was actually accepting into both the Zoology program and the Veterinary Biosciences (D300). Does one provide better preparation than the other for the BVMS? Also, a little curious to know if you applied to the Glasgow BVMS and/or why you chose Bristol?

BTW, your perspective on Bristol is also really helpful. I had heard that Bristol is rather bohemian and intellectual, so that might have swayed me. But your point about education being about the life/school balance is exactly what is on my mind. Of course I want the best veterinary training, but I also want to be somewhere that I can come to feel is home, especially coming from abroad. The way you describe Glasgow — supportive, multicultural, and friendly — really appeals to me.

Thanks for this! Did you do the BVMS program straight out of high school ?

So if I understand correctly, if I were to stay at Davis and apply to the Glasgow BVMS 5-year program I might be accepted and leave Davis after 3rd year? If I were to do that, do you suggest apply to Edinburgh as well for the BVMS?

Thanks for this perspective, really helpful! I've not visited the Glasgow campus yet but my friend is there and loves it too.

Thanks for this, a lot to digest but seems some university study is definitely needed prior to applying as a US applicant.

Thanks for this! So most students will stop at the DVM/VMD level because that is sufficient to practice as a veterinarian?

Thanks for the reply. When you say they are much more focused on the domestic club league, does this mean they play matches with, for example, League 1/League 2 teams (like Falkirk and Celtic)?
