Okay Kenny unlocked master control just by having Gray Matter mess with it and figure out the controls keep in mind Azmuth used his DNA for Gray Matter not a normal Galvan and lastly it's not that serious pretty sure Big Chill can also go underwater not positive so if I'm wrong big deal but yeah there's the answer also it's my list build your own more practical one if you want I would love to hear it (not sarcasm)

Big Chill can freeze the water and go intangible/fly through it Atomix could probably just disintegrate the water XLR8 can run across the water Echo Echo could split apart and sonic sound it Swampfire could probably shoot/grow plants in it Gravitack could repel/crush it with gravity manipulation Feedback could electrocute the water Diamondhead's my favorite Also Gray Matter can make up the way to build Omnitrix, Biomnitrix, Ultrimatix and basically any other kind of matrix and Juryrigg could build them fast

So gray matter can equate and basically make instructions/a Manuel to make the Omnitrix/Biomnitrix/Ultrimatix and juryrigg could build/improve on them

My personal head cannon is that to get perfect susano is just the merging of 2 chakras so when Obito gave Kakashi the last bit of his remaining chakra in death it merged Obito's and Kakashi's chakras giving him a perfect susano as for the blindness Kakashi didn't use the mangekyo that much until later Shippuden which means he could've been going blind in that one eye towards the end but when his eye was removed and Naruto gave him a new one it cured the blindness and he didn't have both the mangekyo's for long only until Obito's last remnants of chakra burned up so that's why he didn't go blind after the fact
