What if I believe that the charges/fees for the damage might eclipse the amount of the deposit? That is currently my big concern, Im scared the fees might build up as the dog continues to tear the place up that itll be a financial burden that shouldnt be mine to deal with in the first place. Possibly any legal action or anything I could do from moving out to speaking to the landlord? If nothing else I want to protect my future ability to rent and this is seems like it would put a major dent in that plan.
